letstravelApp is a social travel matching app. We are committed to protecting children and preventing exploitation in all forms.
Scope & Audience
letstravelApp is intended for users aged 18 and older. Minors are not allowed to create an account or use the app. During sign-up, users must provide their date of birth; access is denied if the calculated age is under 18.
Zero-Tolerance Policy (CSAM/CSAE)
We have a zero-tolerance policy toward any form of Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) or Child Sexual Exploitation and Abuse (CSAE). Prohibited content and behaviors include, but are not limited to:
- Creation, possession, distribution, or solicitation of CSAM.
- Sexualization of minors or attempts to contact minors for sexual purposes.
- Grooming, coercion, or any facilitation of abuse.
Violations result in immediate account termination and reporting to appropriate authorities.
Prevention & Moderation
- Age Gate: Under-18 users are blocked from sign-up based on date-of-birth validation.
- User Reporting: Users can report profiles, messages, or media that may involve minors or exploitation.
- Enforcement: We promptly review reports, remove illegal content, and restrict or terminate accounts as needed.

Cooperation with Authorities
We comply with applicable laws and cooperate with regional and national authorities in investigations related to child protection and exploitation.
Data Handling of Safety Reports
We collect only the minimum information necessary to investigate safety reports and retain it for as long as required by law and our legitimate safety interests.
Legal & Policy Compliance
We operate in alignment with applicable international and local frameworks for the prevention of child sexual exploitation and abuse, as well as platform policies.
